The link between the Sun and earthquakes: myth or reality?
An open science seminar exploring the possible connection between solar activity and earthquakes will take place in Almaty.
The event will be hosted at the National Scientific Center for Seismological Observations and Research and will bring together leading academics and industry experts.
The speaker is Alikhan Gataulin — a young researcher, head of the Solar Science direction at Space Lab, and a finalist of the NASA Space Apps Challenge.

the influence of space weather on Earth’s crust;
modern technologies for seismic forecasting.
